Choosing and ordering your kit.
Ordnance Island supplies equipment to customers in Bermuda. Prices are shown in Bermuda dollars (BMD). Product details and availability can change; check the exact model, size, colour and intended use before placing an order.
Place online orders through Wix checkout, with payment processed through Tilopay. Review the items, selected options, contact details, Bermuda delivery address and total before paying. Adding an item to your bag does not place an order or reserve stock. Keep your order confirmation for any delivery or product-support questions.
A product, team or special-order enquiry is a request for information, not an order acceptance. We confirm availability, pricing and any lead time for these enquiries before you commit.
Delivery and equipment checks.
Local delivery within Bermuda is free. We do not deliver internationally. Available stock normally takes 1–3 business days; this is an estimate. Incoming and special-order items have separate lead times. See the delivery page for full details.
Handcuff keys and products displaying POLICE require a valid Police warrant card. These products can be ordered online, and we will contact you to confirm eligibility before delivery. Placing or paying for an order does not replace the eligibility check.
You are responsible for confirming that equipment is suitable and permitted for your role, and for following the manufacturer’s instructions and your employer’s requirements.
Product support and questions.
Our returns policy covers faulty goods. Contact us promptly with your order reference and a description of the fault. After 15 days, warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer. Non-faulty items, change-of-mind purchases and ordinary wear and tear are not covered by this policy. Read the returns page for the full details and contact us before returning anything.
We take care over product information, but an error may occur. If we identify a mistake in a price or description affecting an order or enquiry, we will contact you to explain it and agree the next step. Nothing on this page limits rights that apply by law.
