What we use and why.

When you place an order, we use your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and order details to process the order, arrange local delivery and provide order updates and support. When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address and message so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation. Please include only the information needed to help you.

Wix provides the website, product catalogue, shopping bag, checkout, order records and enquiry systems. It processes visitor session information and technical information needed to operate and protect the site. Tilopay and the payment services involved in your transaction process payment information at checkout. Use the checkout payment fields for payment details; never include full card numbers, security codes or online banking credentials in an enquiry.

Optional Wix analytics is used only with your permission to understand product interest and improve the shop. We do not include your enquiry text, email address or telephone number in our custom analytics events. Optional advertising tracking and third-party analytics sharing are disabled.

Your information, your questions.

Orders and enquiries are stored in the business’s Wix records and accessed to fulfil orders, answer your questions and provide support. Information needed to process a payment or complete delivery is handled by the relevant service providers. Records may also need to be kept to resolve a dispute or meet an applicable obligation.

Contact info@ordnanceisland.com to ask about your information, correct a detail or request deletion. We will explain any records we need to retain. For restricted products, we will contact you directly about eligibility before delivery. Do not send warrant cards or identity documents through the general enquiry form.
