FIELD NOTES / TEAM ORDERS
One clear list. A smoother team order.
Get the models, sizes and quantities straight before requesting a quote.
Agree the requirement first.
Start with the product’s purpose and any specification your organisation requires. Record the exact model, colour and permitted alternatives. Avoid collecting only a brand name: several products from the same brand may have different fits or features.
Put sizes in one place.
Use a simple list with product, size, colour and quantity on each line. For trousers, record waist and length separately. Ask each person to check the relevant manufacturer’s size guide. There is no need to send personal identity documents with a quote request.
Add the date and priorities.
Tell us when the equipment is needed and which items are essential to the order. Say whether you would consider a different model or a split delivery, subject to a confirmed quote. Availability and timing need checking; an enquiry is not a stock reservation.
Review the written quote.
Check quantities, sizes, agreed alternatives and delivery details before accepting. Keep the final list for checking the delivery when it arrives. Ordnance Island offers free local Bermuda delivery and does not deliver internationally. Use the team-order form to start the discussion.
